Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed
- Assist in ventilating patients when necessary
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in various settings such as ER, primary care, and specialty clinics
- Deliver quality patient care including wound care, medication administration, pain management, and monitoring vital signs
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including lifting and transferring
- Document patient information accurately using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems

Job Summary:
* Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
* Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
* Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
* Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
* Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
* Maintain accurate patient medical records
* Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

*Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for Corrections $48 hourly*

Genie Healthcare is currently seeking an LPN to fill an opening located in Greenwood, WV for $48/hr (taxed + non-taxed)
* Shift: 12hr nights
* 13 weeks
* 40 hrs wk= $1728 gross/wk

*Requirements:*
* Minimum of 2 year exp
