Support control design and audit readiness (e.g., SOX for financial processes, GDPR where applicable); drive timely remediation for findings within the application domain. Coordinate incident response for application-layer issues with Security/IT as needed. People leadership Build and lead a diverse, globally distributed team of application engineers, integration engineers, admins, engineering managers, and program managers. Foster a culture of ownership, measurable impact, and continuous improvement; mentor leaders to scale multi-squad delivery across time zones.
