This position can be based in any of our US office locations.This position offers a hybrid schedule and requires one day onsite per week at your designated office with the possibility of additional required in-office days depending on business and client needs. The work schedule for this position will be 37.5 hours per week (non-exempt), Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.Job DescriptionThe Trademark Paralegal will be comfortable managing their own docket, be able to work independently and have well-rounded experience, including domestic and foreign filings, online investigations, and SAEGIS scans.The ideal candidate will be very organized, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will ideally have 3+ years of trademark experience and a BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.Benefits And Compensation DetailsAt Fenwick, we believe that our partners and employees are our most important asset.
