Working closely with the Store Manager, you will contribute to meeting or surpassing sales targets, upholding exceptional customer service standards, assisting with inventory management, and motivating a team of dedicated, customer‑oriented associates. Your collaborative and supportive approach will be key to maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the store. Key Responsibilities: Operational Assistance: Help oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Support: Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, and contribute to analyzing sales data for growth opportunities. Team Leadership: Assist in guiding, coaching, and developing the store team, fostering a positive work environment. Customer Service Focus: Maintain excellent customer service standards, handling customer queries and issues with professionalism. Inventory Oversight: Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and organizing. Merchandising and Presentation: Collaborate in ensuring the store's visual appeal and adherence to brand standards.
