Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist will complete occupational therapy evaluations for all patients, as prescribed. The OT will complete a written report of findings within one week of completion of testing and will submit this report to the appropriate clinic designee. The OT will also develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans and conduct therapy sessions, as indicated. The OT will assist with completion of other documentation related to occupational therapy evaluations and therapy, as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

2. A current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist.

3. Must maintain certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

4. Prefer at least one year's experience working with infants/toddlers and/or preschool children with developmental disabilities and/or special needs.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
1. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

2. Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.

3. Must be willing and able to sit on the floor and get up without assistance.
