Summary The main task of a Premium Hub COE – Business Process Principal Consultant is to understand new business models and translate these models into solutions according to the implementation plans, deployment plans, and timelines. Maximize the use of SAP Best Practices derived from best‑run businesses in specific industries and geographies and maintain them as model companies for accelerated deployment. They enable and drive fast innovation consumption based on industry model solutions and agile implementation methods, leveraging the SAP On‑Prem and Cloud products. Responsibilities Define the overall technical or application solution and drive architecture discussions with customers across all project work streams. Align technical or application aspects with other projects in the program. Take full responsibility for the quality of delivered tasks and be accountable for their success. Experience Deep understanding of the Business Objects Platform Architecture, Universe Design, Monitoring, Security and Authentication, and front‑end reporting tools. Experience configuring interfaces for all levels of business users, participating in SAP Business Objects implementation, upgrade, and support activities. Expertise in C++ or Java programming language and troubleshooting applications in different operating systems. Implement interfaces for SAP Business Intelligence and integrate it with SAP BW and SAP HANA solutions. Lead and/or contribute to critical global escalations and long‑term engagements for MaxAttention and ActiveAttention customers. Perform root cause analysis and deliver services in very complex environments for top customer segments; lead de‑escalation activities onsite at critical customers. Analyze system landscape and technical issues; assess core business processes and system/application operation. Additional Requirements 8‑10 years of functional and/or technology experience in SAP environment, focused on SAP Analytics products – SAP BOBJ and SAP Analytics Cloud. Ability to effectively resolve/drive resolution of most complex problems that require the creation of new and innovative approaches. Industry experience (generic and industry‑related process skills). Excellent communication skills in English. Compensation The targeted combined salary range for this position is USD 151,900 – 258,300, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target.
