The Come Back Shack Morning Prep Team is essential The team gets the resautrant ready for BUSY successful days

Prep Team Member Expectations:

* **Starting pay is $13.00. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half**

* **Free meals when you work, valued at $200/mo**

* This is a full time position. You must be available 5 days out of the week

* Shifts start at 4 AM and end when the work is completed (typically around Noon).

* Positive attitude is THE most imortant thing we look for

* We also love high energy and good teamwork

* Some kitchen experience is preferred but not required

* Work can be physical and demanding: must be able to lift 50lb bags of potatoes and work in a 35 degree cooler for extended periods

* You should be a self-starter and a hard worker with attention to detail.

* You must learn and follow basic standards of food safety and sanitation.

Tasks Include:

* pattying burgers

* preparing produce

* making sauces

* prepping food

* washing dishes

* putting away truck orders
