As part of this growth, we are excited to expand our services to include pharmacological treatment, allowing us to provide more comprehensive care for our clients.Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our expanding team in New York. This role is ideal for both emerging professionals and experienced practitioners who are passionate about delivering client-centered psychiatric care. We offer flexible work models, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid options, to accommodate the diverse needs of our staff and clients.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams· Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards· Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment· Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in psychiatric careQualifications:· Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of New York· Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner· New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship opportunities are available· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds· Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems· Commitment to Ellie Mental Health's values of authenticity, creativity, and communityCompensation & Benefits:· Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience· Flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance· Opportunities for professional development and continuing education· Supportive team environment with regular supervision and consultation· Access to a diverse client population, including insured and private pay clientsWork Environment:· Choose from in-person, virtual, or hybrid work settings based on your preferences and client needs· Collaborative and inclusive culture that values clinician input and innovation· Administrative support to handle billing, scheduling, and other non-clinical tasksJoin Us:At Ellie Mental Health, we believe in empowering our clinicians to thrive both professionally and personally.
