Retail Cashier Job Description As a Retail Cashier, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Processing checkout and return transactions efficiently. Monitoring and maintaining the self-checkout area. Proactively engaging with customers to provide product knowledge and identify selling opportunities. Adhering to all company policies and procedures to help minimize losses. As a Head Cashier, you will assist in supervising and training your fellow cashiers, facilitating price checks and approving transactions. Handling customer escalations and providing resolutions. The ideal candidate for the Head Cashier role should have at least 1 year of cashier experience. Available positions include: Retail Cashier - $18.00, Head Cashier - $19.00.
