OverviewTalkiatry is seeking 100% Remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our national team as we expand across the US. Talkiatry was built for Psychiatrists, by Psychiatrists, offering the stability and support of a hospital group with the autonomy of private practice.Our physicians enjoy control over their hours and schedule with reduced administrative duties, while Talkiatry handles patient scheduling, billing, and other support functions. We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for a broad range of conditions and use proprietary technology to support care delivery.ResponsibilitiesProvide psychiatric care remotely to adult and/or pediatric populations as aligned with your preferences and criteriaParticipate in a collaborative care model supported by in-house clinical and administrative teamsUtilize Talkiatry’s EMR and technology tools to document care, communicate with patients, and track outcomesEngage in individualized patient scheduling, with a minimum intake time of 60 minutes and follow-up visits of 30 minutesRefer patients to specialists and therapists within the in-house network as appropriate, while maintaining seamless clinical information flowQualificationsBoard eligible or certified in Psychiatry; subspecialties encouraged to applyActive and unrestricted medical license; licensure support availableStrong clinical knowledge and communication skillsWillingness to learn new EMR tools; proactive, collaborative, and committed to high-quality, cost-effective careExperience in a remote/telehealth environment is a plusBenefitsMarket-leading compensation (base salary plus productivity-based income; high earnings potential)Comprehensive benefits package; Talkiatry covers up to 100% of healthcare premiums, including for familiesMalpractice insurance paid by employer401K match with immediate participationPTO, sick time, and 11 paid holidaysPre-tax commuter benefits; CME allowanceFlexible scheduling in a remote setting with reduced administrative burdenLicensing assistance and upfront cost coverageProvided technology package and integrated EMROther informationTalkiatry participates in E-Verify and will provide Form I-9 information after an offer is accepted.
