Sr Principal Information System Architect – UKG Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team, reporting to the VP of Enterprise Architecture. Business Architects will be broadly classified into Front Office and Back Office domains. Currently, the Front Office includes Go‑To‑Market (GTM) and Customer Experience (CX), while the Back Office includes Global Business Operations (GBO) and the Enterprise Data and Analytics Office (EDAO). This position focuses on Back Office business architecture, supporting applications such as ERP, Zuora, Anaplan, Concur, and other financial systems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aligning business strategy with business capabilities, processes, and supporting technology solutions. Ideally, the candidate will be based in either our Weston, FL or Lowell, MA office. Job Responsibilities Analyze and document current‑state business processes and capabilities to identify gaps, redundancies, improvement opportunities, and potential application consolidation. Connect business strategy, process design, and technology enablement across core Back Office functions such as Finance, Procurement, and Planning. Develop and maintain business architecture models and frameworks in alignment with enterprise architecture (EA) industry standards. Collaborate with business leaders and engineering teams to define strategic goals, value streams, and business capabilities. Design target‑state business architectures and roadmaps to support strategic decision‑making and initiative prioritization. Partner with product managers, solution architects, and domain architects (application, data, and technology) to ensure business needs are effectively translated into IT solutions. Evaluate business and non‑functional requirements to assist in selecting the right tools and technologies that support scalable, future‑ready solutions. Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives by providing architecture‑driven insights and strategic guidance. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders, alongside product managers, to gather business requirements and translate them into architectural models. Ensure adherence to and governance of business architecture standards, principles, and best practices. Utilize predefined frameworks and templates effectively, ensuring all artifacts are maintained and regularly updated. Basic Qualifications 10–12 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture or related roles. Experience with UKG architecture. Strong understanding of Back Office systems such as ERP, financial planning, and procurement. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Compensation The pay range for this position is $145,600.00 to $209,300.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short‑term incentive and a long‑term incentive as part of total compensation.
