Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $208,100 Opportunity to participate in an incentive program based on performance Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision 401(K) savings plan with company match and pension Tuition assistance and wellness programs Supportive work environment that values diversity and employee development What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead exploration of new technologies and capabilities that enhance member value and operational efficiencies Develop and execute a robust R&D roadmap encompassing technology assessments, feasibility studies, prototyping, and pilot initiatives Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of R&D projects Identify and evaluate technology vendors and startups to enhance organizational capabilities Manage a team of engineers and analysts, fostering their growth and skill development What is Required (Qualifications): Four-year college degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field 7+ years of experience in technology research, development, or innovation Deep understanding of key technology areas such as AI/ML, IoT, autonomous systems, blockchain, or data science Proven track record of successful R&D and innovation initiatives Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Advanced ability to compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data Advanced strategic thinking skills with the ability to transform strategies into actionable plans Knowledge in Insurtech, Fintech, Travel, Mobility, or other tech-related industries We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
