Community Finance provides debt financing, and invests in low income housing credits through proprietary and multi equity funds. The Capital Officer team is primarily responsible for managing relationships with developers and other industry stakeholders. Capital Officers market our products, understand the competitive landscape and market needs, identify opportunities that align with Capital One’s overall strategy, and elevate market intelligence to key partners in External Affairs and across the company.We are seeking a passionate, motivated, emotionally intelligent Senior Manager to be an active member of a team focused on sourcing mission- and strategy-aligned multi-family housing development opportunities.
