You will be provided a great compensation package with an earning potential of $95,000. Compensation includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus, adjustable relocation package if moving from outside the state, a starting salary of $70,000, a metrics performance bonus up to $1,000 per month, and a profit sharing bonus of up to $500 per month.

Join us at Crumbl as a full time Crumbl manager and dive into the exciting world of managing daily operations, from making and preparing mouthwatering cookies to ensuring top-notch quality and providing world-class customer service. As the mastermind behind the scenes, you'll also take the lead in keeping the bakery clean, creating efficient staffing schedules, ordering and managing food goods, and recruiting and training our talented bakers.
