Position Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial forecast of Marketing Development Funds (MDF), analyzing MDF programs, and supporting financial planning through ROI-based prioritization. This role will work closely with Business Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and internal business planning teams to ensure accurate budget management and financial tracking aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze marketing programs and recommend investment improvements using ROI analysis, historical data, and strategic company initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan marketing spend allocation and validate ROI alignment with business goals.
Institute enhancements in marketing fund management, focusing on data housing, communication, and variance management.
Consolidate MDF forecasts for monthly and annual planning by account, ensuring precise budgeting and spending alignment.
Prepare and present financial reports with key metrics on marketing spend analysis, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Track and manage daily MDF budgets, ensuring 100% forecast accuracy and coordinate with marketing teams on budget status.
Provide recommendations to internal stakeholders on strategic initiative programs based on profit and ROI analysis.
Facilitate communication with the global office regarding overall MDF allocations and ensure teams are informed on budget guidelines.



Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budget management, or similar roles.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong business acumen with excellent financial, accounting, and budgeting knowledge.
Demonstrated experience in managing large budgets and presenting financial insights to management.
Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy.



Necessary Skills and Attributes:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential company data.



Work Environment:

Primarily office-based, with 70% of work involving computer and data analysis.
Some physical activity involved in the transportation of equipment (under 25 lbs).
Frequent extended hours and deadline-driven work, with periodic stress and high intellectual demands.



Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
