TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Hospice RN in Effingham, Illinois, 62401 Pay Information $2,366 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Hospice Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: 2 years required License: RN License in Illinois required Certifications: BLS (AHA) required Must-Have: Hospice experience required Dedicated hospice admission experience highly preferred Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for identifying patient and family needs. Provides nursing and supportive care for terminally ill patients and their families or caregivers. Manages a caseload of patients and caregivers as assigned. Candidates should have relevant work history and skills checklistCurrent to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty. References must include two supervisory references with dates employed listed. Candidates' permanent address must be provided. Must be able to work within a 50-60 mile radius. The maximum caseload is 12 patients. Mileage is reimbursed at the standard IRS rate. On-call duty is required, including weekends.
