Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking to hire an Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Numerical Control Programmer to support our 2nd shift fabrication team located in Auburn, WA. Selected candidates will write NC programs in Catia for multi‑axis machines to fabricate aerospace components. Ideal candidates will have experience working with a diverse team and the ability to handle a product line from concept to programming and troubleshooting. This is a 2nd shift position. Typical schedule is 12pm‑8:30pm PST (this is flexible with a start time anywhere from 12‑2pm). Primary Responsibilities Provides numerical control, machining, and programming technical experience to the Auburn Fabrication Team Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility of precision tools Plans, creates, verifies, and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry, and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled machinery (primarily metal machining) Works under general direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 1 or more years NC programming experience Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings Must be able to work 2nd shift Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3 or more years NC programming experience Drug Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post‑offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $85,000 – $115,000 Summary pay range for Mid‑Level (Level 3): $102,850 – $139,150 Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $125,800 – $170,200 Application Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until Nov. 18, 2025.
