Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Technical Services department and provide strategic leadership to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing effective IT solutions and processes. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including Systems Administrators and Help Desk Support Specialists, to deliver high-quality technical support and services.
•Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our IT infrastructure.
•Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop IT solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
•Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of hardware, software, and networking systems to meet business needs and customer expectations.
•Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
•Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs to track service levels, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of IT processes and systems.
•Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards to recommend innovative solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives.
•Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the IT department and across the organization.
•Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
•Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing IT teams and overseeing IT operations.
•Strong technical proficiency in systems administration, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
•Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are desirable.
