**At **Saint Francis Hospital** , we are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Float RN** to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a **critical part** of our organization, you will provide exceptional patient care across various units, including **Inpatient Trauma, Acute Care, Oncology, Neuroscience, and Cardiovascular Care** .
**Assist with **various levels of care and treatment** , supporting and encouraging rehabilitation.
+ Be assigned to your designated unit by the **Nursing Supervisor** prior to each shift.
+ **Float** between one or more units during your 12-hour shift.
**Education** : Graduate of an accredited college or university-affiliated nursing program. **BSN graduates preferred** .
+ **Experience** : **2 or more years** of Inpatient Hospital RN experience.
+ **Full-time position - **36 hours per week** - **day shifts** .
**Interdisciplinary collaboration** : Work closely with a highly motivated team of healthcare professionals.
+ **Patient-centered care** : Demonstrate your commitment to safety and quality.
+ As a float RN, you will have the ability to work in all areas of the hospital and gain a vast experience in Nursing. Float RN's have strong managerial and administrative support on all shifts.
