Senior Commercial Banker – Growth Opportunity to Lead Market Exciting opportunity to join a strong and growing bank that is expanding into Palm Beach County. This role will handle small and middle market clients and has the potential to grow into a senior leadership position. Pay Base pay range: $160,000‐$220,000 per year Additional compensation: Annual bonus and commission Responsibilities Client relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with business clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all banking needs. Financial product and service delivery: Provide and manage a variety of financial services, such as loans, lines of credit, deposit accounts, and treasury management services. Financial analysis and advice: Analyze clients' financial data to assess needs and opportunities, providing advice to help them make informed business decisions. Business development: Market the bank to attract new clients and grow the existing client portfolio. Internal collaboration: Work with internal teams, including credit underwriting, operations, and risk management, to ensure client needs are met effectively. Loan management: Develop, negotiate, and close commercial loans, and oversee the ongoing monitoring and review of existing loans. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Experience: Several years of experience in commercial banking, financial services, or a similar role, with a proven track record in client relationship management. Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for explaining complex financial information, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders.
