While you have the opportunity to run routes across all 48 states, you will never be forced to drive through NYC and the five boroughs. This position features no-touch freight, ensuring you spend your time driving rather than handling cargo. Additionally, we provide paid orientation and accommodations to make your transition seamless and stress-free.

In terms of compensation, you can expect to earn an average of $1,200 to $1,500 per week, depending on how much you choose to drive. This position is based out of Charleston, South Carolina, and operates on a schedule of 12 days out followed by 2 days at home every other weekend. You will be running routes nationwide, but you can rest assured that NYC and its boroughs are not part of the mandatory routes. With 100% no-touch freight, most of it being drop-and-hook, you can focus on maintaining your driving schedule without delays.

The average length of haul is about 600 miles, and we offer detention and layover pay for any delays you might encounter. To qualify, you only need to have three months of tractor-trailer experience within the last three years.

Our fleet includes new 2021 or newer Freightliners or Kenworth trucks, all of which are automatic and equipped with APU's, 1500-watt inverters, refrigerators, TV mounts, and microwave mounts. You have the option to take your truck home for your off days and be dispatched from there. If you don't have a parking spot at home, we have terminals across the country where you can park.

Orientation is comprehensive and supportive. We cover your travel, meals, and accommodations in a single-person hotel room, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free start to your new role. Our benefits package is extensive and includes major medical coverage starting after 30 days, as well as dental and vision insurance. We also offer vacation time, a rider policy for individuals aged 10 years or older, and a pet policy with no restrictions. Furthermore, you can join our 401k plan after six months of employment.
