You’ll lead the development of contractor networks, manage key distribution partnerships, and drive dealer engagement and performance through strategic training, onboarding, and program execution.Contractor DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and manage LG Pro Dealers across the regionDesign and deliver business and technical training programs, including in-person and virtual sessionsContinuously improve onboarding processes and track contractor performanceIdentify performance gaps and create initiatives to elevate contractor successSales Strategy & Territory ManagementDevelop and execute sales plans aligned with revenue and unit goalsSupport distribution partners with marketing, training, and sales enablementCollaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies and inventory planningProvide accurate pipeline forecasting and competitive insightsPartnership & Program LeadershipFoster strong, goal-aligned relationships with distributors, vendors, and internal teamsCoordinate “train-the-trainer” events to enable distribution reps and LG sales teamsRepresent LG at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to elevate brand awarenessThe QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field7+ years of experience in HVAC sales, contractor development, or wholesale channel managementProven experience managing distributor and dealer networksStrong presentation, training, and communication skillsBusiness acumen across sales, operations, and marketingProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Ability to manage a multi-state territory; up to 60–70% travelHighly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentThe salary listed represents a National Range for California.
