We are currently seeking a Sr. Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will be helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.Must live within 100 miles of Costa Mesa, CA for collaboration meetings twice a month.What You'll Need:Strong experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, specifically ClaimCenterExpertise in GOSU (or Java) programmingAbility to assess, architect, and design new ClaimCenter integrationsProven experience in Agile development, version control, and release management toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in plain languageExperience with ClaimCenter version upgrades, automated testing (GUnit, Selenium, etc.), and Guidewire certifications (preferred)What You'll Do:Provide technical leadership on insurance claims system projectsDesign, code, test, debug, and document ClaimCenter programs and integrationsCollaborate with IT management, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutionsAct as an internal mentor and consultant on technical mattersContribute as a key technical expert on emerging technologies for internet/intranet/internal applicationsDevelop cost-effective, scalable applications that meet customer and business needsThe starting pay range for this position is: $129,400.00 - $172,000.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.Remarkable benefits:Health coverage for medical, dental, vision401(K) saving plan with company match AND PensionTuition assistancePTO for community volunteer programsWellness programEmployee discountsAuto Club Enterprises is the largest federation of AAA clubs in the nation.
