As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brand. You will be greeted with a friendly atmosphere and will contribute to a well-organized store presentation. Your responsibilities will include maintaining product knowledge and assisting customers to enhance their shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Embrace and support the values, mission, and culture of Cavender's. Deliver friendly and knowledgeable customer service while avoiding high-pressure sales tactics. Identify and maximize sales opportunities with every customer interaction. Stay informed about the latest trends in western wear fashion. Ensure your work area is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and ongoing promotions. Assist in stocking merchandise and maintaining store organization. Arrive to work promptly, well-groomed, and ready to assist customers. Maintain security awareness at all times. Accurately scan products to ensure proper placement and presentation. Handle product exchanges and provide informed responses to customer questions regarding fit, pricing, and inventory. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management. Collaborate with supervisors to meet or exceed company goals and performance metrics. Qualifications: Ability to lift and lower objects regularly throughout your shift. Basic comprehension and interpretation skills for instructions and documents. Ability to apply abstract principles to various tasks. Strong verbal communication skills in English. Maintain alertness and focus during scheduled hours.
