Dewberry offers a comprehensive and very competitive package of insurance programs to regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents the first of the month following their date of hire. Additional insurances, at no cost to the employee: life (employee only), accidental death and dismemberment, business travel and accident, and short- and long-term disability are also provided. Responsibilities:

This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.

Required Skills & Required Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Proven Business Development Experience
  • Leadership and mentoring of project team
  • AutoCAD with Civil3D skills
  • Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction
  • Alabama Professional Engineering license
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Desire to work and manage in a team environment
