Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for planning and overseeing product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long term objectives.

  • Orchestrates workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model.

  • Partners with product and platform leads to develop the business case, scope the work, and ensure alignment on vision and strategy.

  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You’ll Do It

  • Organizes and enables collaboration and partnership across cross-functional teams, with internal and external partners, executes on architecture & product driven initiatives.

  • Drives or assists in communications on strategic initiatives to help drive consensus, achieve clarity and solve business problems. Provide oversight & process guidance for activities.

  • Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials, scope, risks and dependencies.

  • Partner with product leads and platform leads to develop the business case and ensure alignment on vision and strategy

  • Provides leadership and guidance’s to teams/business units where there is no clear organizational ownership yet defined or where products/technology is not yet institutionalized or adopted.

  • Drives or assists research and/or brainstorming sessions; helps promote a culture of innovation within the department. Translates ideas and concepts into an executable projects.

  • Mentors and assists more junior team members


Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration and Management

  • 6+ years’ experience with Project Management, or related experience

  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years’ experience with Project Management, or related experience

Bonus Points If You Have

  • 1+ year of Debit Payments mastery (ISO8583, Settlements, Disputes, Fraud, Pricing, Fee Billing, Reporting) 

  • 2+ years' Program Management delivering multiple programs from idea through client adoption

  • 2+ years' Risk Management ownership experience

  • 1+ year Program Management audit defense

  • Advanced understanding of Lean flow accelerators (LSS Green belt, Black Belt, etc)

  • PMP certification with 2+years' real-world experience

  • CBAP certification with 2+years' real-world experience

  • SAFe POPM certification with 1+ year real-world experience

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
