Ensure that customer's cross-functional and geographical operational requirements are proactively identified and serviced. Act as the chief revenue growth champion and orchestrator for global strategic business planning and execution by leveraging global relationships, your industry knowledge, and Expeditor's product, geo, and service leadership. Deliver world class business reviews and workshops tailored to your customer that drive further collaboration between Expeditors and the customer with a focus on value creation and cost reduction as measured through business intelligence. Drive alignment and co-collaboration efforts in multiple geo's to identify customer's top supply chain priorities and challenges. Work with Expeditors senior executives and product & geo management to create value-add solutions that are timely and relevant to the customer's ecosystem. Increases Expeditors' revenues and profitability through providing enhanced valued-added service.To create a unique Expeditors customer experience through total ownership of and accountability to:Understand global customer's profile, needs and expectationsRetain existing business, while pursuing a larger global wallet share with all customers, by promoting up and cross selling with all customers at all locationsCreate a strategic and mutually beneficial relationship for Expeditors with the customer worldwideLeverage and implement Expeditors reporting tools and value add solutions internally and externally with all selected customersOwnership, accountability, and ongoing management of global pipeline and opportunities to ensure a healthy growth potential and faster business closureQualificationsMust be fluent in English and MandarinMinimum 3 years Expeditors or industry experienceProven work experience in business developmentKnowledge of Expeditors product and servicesKnowledge of required Expeditors operating systemsProficient in MS Office and CRM softwareStrong presentation skillsProven project management skillsStrong analytics skillsAbility to perform and meet KPI requirementsProven problem solving and interpersonal skillsCharismatic with an ability to connectAdditional InformationPay is commensurate with experience and the type of work issuedThese positions establish the base for a variety of future career opportunitiesExpeditors offers excellent benefits:Paid Vacation, Holiday, Sick TimeHealth Plan: Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental and VisionLife and Long Term Disability Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanTraining and Education ProgramAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.This position is for our Houston area office, located near George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
