Practice

  • Come practice independently in our three CRNA departments at the brand-new Covenant Health Hobbs Hospital.
  • Our CRNAs have a lot of control and enjoy an average of 40 hours or less a week; most days, we are done at 3 pm.
  • Surgical cases include ortho, general, endo, GYN, and podiatry.
  • Schedule Options: 26 weeks a year at $250k $25k sign-on bonus, or 45 weeks a year at $320k, $50k sign-on bonus 13 weeks STO, plus a $20k chief stipend.
  • Access our proprietary learning platform, SoundInstitute , for continuing education and professional development with convenient online and in-person educational offerings.
  • As a CRNA on our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized anesthesia plans, and implementing care for a range of complex cases and high-acuity patients. Additionally, you will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
