As our Vice President of Commercial Planning, you will drive strategic pursuits and business development activities that shape our future. As a visionary leader, you'll craft bespoke engagement models and value propositions that address customer needs and resonate with key stakeholders and decision makers. Every day, you will oversee all aspects of the commercial process, from initial meetings to contract signing, ensuring timely and high-quality achievement of milestones. Partnering with our President and other executive leaders, you will expand our enterprise partnerships. Here's what you can expect: Oversee the entire commercial process for strategic pursuits, from initial meetings through RFP, pitch, site visits and contracting. Partner with R1 executive leadership, including the President and SVP Enterprise Partnerships, to deliver compelling value propositions and expand enterprise partnerships. Create executive-level presentation materials that emphasize R1's capabilities and effectively communicate the value in an R1 partnership. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, marketing, legal, and other teams to support revenue and brand goals, company growth, and annual priorities. What you'll bring: A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, market dynamics, and R1's value proposition complemented by executive presence, strong business acumen, and analytical skills. Executive presence including demonstrated ability to operate at the highest level with engaging and refined communication skills and the ability to create commercial-grade presentations. People and project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects, foster collaboration cross-functionally, and operate independently with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $202,914.50 - $254,682.40 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 30.00%.
