Orthopedist – Wilmington / Middletown, DE We are seeking a compassionate Orthopedist to join our medical practice part-time in the Wilmington and Middletown, DE area. Our practice values listening to patients and providing comprehensive care with 30‑45 minute new patient appointments and 30 minute follow‑up visits. The ideal physician has tact, strong communication skills, and works collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care. About Us Our medical office offers high‑quality integrated healthcare for neuro‑musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions. We provide office‑based diagnostic, surgical, and rehabilitation services, with a proven record of restoring patients to their pre‑injury activity levels while integrating ESG principles in our practice. Job Duties Patient care and management – initial consults and follow‑up visits Recommend and conduct diagnostic tests to determine extent of injury and appropriate treatment Order diagnostic labs/imaging, including in‑house computerized neurocognitive testing Oversee diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries, mild to moderate closed head injuries, and post‑traumatic headaches Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury Document patient encounters in a timely and accurate manner Order/referral to in‑house therapies Collaborate with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care Uphold the company’s mission and lead in a way that aligns with our goals Requirements MD/DO from an accredited educational institution BCBE Orthopedist Unrestricted license to practice medicine in DE Favorable malpractice history Basic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification DEA license Schedule Part‑time – 1 to 2 days per month No call or weekend assignments Salary $175 – $200 per hour (depending on experience and credentials) We are looking for an Orthopedist who loves being part of a team driven to help others.
