Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager / Client Account Manager to lead transportation infrastructure programs. Programs include transportation planning, design, and delivery. The position is responsible for managing complex transportation infrastructure projects for federal, state, and/or local agencies. Key Responsibilities Serve as the senior point of contact for transportation clients, providing both technical and managerial oversight. Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Mentor and guide project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Drive business development efforts, including pursuit strategy, proposal development, and client engagement in the Mid-Atlantic region. Manage contracts and project scopes, including conceptual design, environmental documentation, safety analyses, and public involvement. Oversee roadway geometric design, traffic management plans (TMPs), signal plans, and construction documentation. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and delivery performance. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field 10 years of related experience in transportation project management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred: Licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. or ability to obtain within 12 months Transportation engineering experience including concept, design, construction and project management Business development and client relationship management Experienced in leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with public sector clients and infrastructure programs Additional Information Relocation is not an option for this position Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
