Pharmacy Technicians deliver compassionate care, assisting patients with prescriptions and chronic condition management. The role involves managing pharmacy workstations, ensuring accurate and timely prescription fill, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks. Promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions. Support team operations in a fast‑paced environment. Complete the CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all regulatory standards. Required Qualifications At least 16 years of age. Licensure requirements vary by state. Attention and focus – concentrate on tasks without distraction. Customer Service Orientation – friendly, proactive assistance. Communication Skills – verbal and written communication, active listening. Mathematical Reasoning – solve problems such as calculating prescription supply. Problem Resolution – identify issues and choose best action. Physical: Remaining upright, moving on foot, using fingers, lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service. Prior Pharmacy Technician experience. PTCB National Certification. Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Other Details Anticipated weekly hours: 25. Time type: Part time. Pay range: $19.95–$29.95 per hour. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, and routine manual tasks.
