A National Accounts Coordinator acts as a liaison between the field and office personnel to ensure accurate and timely communication. You will answer all forms of communication in the National Communications Center (NCC) from Securitas branch offices servicing those clients and personnel during business hours, non-business office hours, and holidays. NACs respond appropriately to all calls and emails by evaluating the situation and reviewing procedures on what steps to take for each request type.
