We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Freelance Sales Associate to join our client's team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $22/hr Position Overview: The Freelance Sales Associate will join a vibrant pop-up shop in the heart of Soho, NYC. As a Freelance Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that the customers have an exceptional shopping experience. If you have a passion for retail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities of the Freelance Sales Associate: Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering their questions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Sales: Drive sales by recommending products, upselling, and closing transactions efficiently. Merchandising: Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to communicate their features and benefits to customers effectively. Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, restocking, and managing inventory to ensure product availability. Point of Sale: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash and credit card payments. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment. Required Experience/Skills for the Freelance Sales Associate: Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
