Global Talent Acquisition Manager @ Sunseeker | Electrical Engineering, Battery Technology About the Role Sunseeker North America, Inc., a pioneer in integrating advanced technology with modern landscaping solutions through intelligent robotics and professional-grade equipment, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Director of Sales to lead and expand our Robotics Dealer Channel. This role will focus on building strong dealer relationships, driving channel sales performance, and executing strategic growth initiatives to strengthen our market presence in the robotic mower industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive dealer channel sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals. Recruit, onboard, and manage dealer partners while fostering strong, long‑term business relationships. Drive dealer engagement through effective training, incentive programs, and joint marketing efforts. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure alignment and success across the dealer network. Lead, mentor, and support a sales team dedicated to the dealer channel. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to executive leadership. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in channel/dealer management in the robotic mower space. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, dealer incentive structures, and distribution models. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to travel frequently to meet with dealers, attend industry events, and support regional sales efforts.
