Job Description & RequirementsOphthalmology PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $1455.00 - $1575.00 This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pmPractice Setting: Retinal Ophthalmology Clinic & Surgery onsite Types of Cases: Mainly injections, scheduled surgeries and proceduresCredentialing Timeframe: 30 daysElectronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determinedCertifications required: Board Certified, Retina Fellowship required Licensure Required: Pennsylvania State Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact will be reviewedFacility LocationNestled at the foothills of Mount Penn, Reading is a fascinating city home to plenty of local attractions.
