SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Knowledge of MDM management practices with Apple Device Manager. Strong problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. Understanding of mobile device management platforms. Ability to communicate, both oral and written, effectively with all levels of management and technical team. Concisely, logically and accurately present issues verbally and in written format. Understands network infrastructure necessary to support mobile devices. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships. Knowledge of Workspace One and Intune, preferred. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
