About This Role The Overnight Supervisor oversees the direction and administration of Front Office, Rooms Reservations and Housekeeping during the overnight hours. The Overnight Supervisor represents The Quin brand, supports the department in achieving operational and financial goals, maintains the facilities to The Quin standards and ensures high member and guest satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities Lead and instill a culture of respect and continuous learning for the overnight team. Understand and enforce all policies, procedures and standards for The Quin House. Maintain rooms inventory controls, including room accommodation and rate management. Champion initiatives to increase member satisfaction and resolve all member complaints. Ensure accurate check‑in and check‑out, solve folio and billing discrepancies, and compile daily rooms revenue and occupancy details. Coordinate with housekeeping assignments, security teams and vendors to guarantee safety and exceptional service. Handle all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Assist with scheduling of employees to match business demands and assume 100% responsibility for service quality. Qualifications At least 3‑5 years of progressive hospitality or guest‑facing experience. Security and/or overnight experience preferred. Service‑oriented with professional presentation skills. Proven ability as a leader in a team environment, embracing ownership, accountability and responsibility. Excellent oral and written communication skills and detail‑oriented with strong prioritization and time management. Basic understanding of Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Employment Legislation. Open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Physical Demands The physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 40 pounds and occasional climbing or balancing. The role requires regular talking, hearing and frequent use of hands and arms.
