Risk Manager Job Overview Immediate Opportunity Hybrid CSEngineering is looking to add a Risk Manager to our growing team Required Certifications And Qualifications Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline 3+ years of experience performing the risk management process on space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs Experience with supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs Knowledge of IAW AFI 63‑101/20‑101 and AF PAM 63‑128 Ability to develop, document, execute and update program Risk and Issue Management Plans, process, and products Ability to identify, analyze, and propose program risks, issues, and handling plans Ability to facilitate, manage and participate in the Government Risk Management Boards, to include preparation, distribution and presentation of agendas, briefings, reports, meeting minutes and action items Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Additional Qualifications Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and test on enterprise systems Experience with planning and executing System Integration of complex Space/Ground systems Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02 Active TS/SCI clearance Master's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP) Location Los Angeles AFB - El Segundo, CA Company Overview CSEngineering, a Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business established in 2002, is dedicated to becoming the premier engineering and services firm in our industry, all while prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.
