**We are in search of dedicated Cleaners to join our dynamic team in American Fork**

**Job Summary**

The Cleaner is responsible for keeping the facilities clean. Full time, day and night shifts available. **Day, Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4pm** **Night, Monday-Friday, 4pm to 12:30am** + Service, clean and supply restrooms

+ Gather and empty trash

+ Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them

+ Clean debris from building exterior grounds, including parking structure

+ Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

+ Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

+ Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

+ Utilize communication equipment to receive work orders.

+ Learn and follow safety procedures and policy

+ Perform light building maintenance such as changing light bulbs, filters, door handles

+ Move office furniture, boxes and supplies

+ Perform all other building maintenance duties according to property requirement

**Physical Requirements**

+ Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the essential functions of the job.

**Requirements**

+ 1 - 2 years experience in janitorial, cleaning or facilities maintenance

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

+ Able to pass a background check
