The brand’s name has been featured in chart-topping songs and worn by celebrities, athletes and artists including Cardi B, Drake, Meg The Stallion and Kylie Jenner.Role: Associate Buyer, Men's TeamResponsibilitiesGain deep insights into the Fashion Nova consumer—understand their desires, needs, preferences, and shopping experience.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and key players in the marketplace.Participate in the development of plans to align to seasonal buying decisions and product purchases.Take full ownership of the assigned product category, managing product selection, pricing, inventory, and overall performance to drive sales and profitability.Work closely with vendors to identify and select items and drive decisions.Partner with the buying team and other Fashion Nova colleagues to collaborate with new suppliers and bring the best products to customers.Drive exclusivity with vendors in products, terms, pricing, and vendor-funded-markdowns.Coach and mentor assistant buyers in product selection, trend analysis, and vendor management while supporting their professional growth.Manage ad hoc projects as assigned by management, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Merchandising or related field.2–3 years of experience in buying/merchandising, ideally within the eCommerce fashion space.Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.English required; additional languages are an advantage.Onsite schedule: Monday – Friday, core business hours; location: Vernon HQ.BenefitsNEW state-of-the-art HQ upcoming in 2025Formalized career paths for continued professional growthComprehensive health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)401k match with immediate vesting upon eligibilityWeekly catered lunches and fully stocked kitchen pantryOpportunities to travel for trade shows and vendor meetingsSummer Fridays with early departureTeam bonding events and programsAttractive employee discountsFashion Nova, LLC, and subsidiaries thereof, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
