Support global mobility programs, ensuring governance, compliance, and a seamless experience for relocating leaders and expatriates. Conduct complex compensation modeling and market analysis, including valuation of equity awards and buyout scenarios. Provide technical guidance on compensation policies, plan design, and market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal alignment. Lead the annual executive pay cycle, preparing recommendations, documentation, and materials for senior management and governance review. Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline processes, leverage digital tools, and enhance data accuracy and reporting. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all executive reward arrangements, including buyouts, retention, incentive, and severance programs. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field). 3–5+ years of progressive experience in Executive Compensation, Global Mobility, or Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) program management, ideally within a large, matrixed organization. Proven ability to model and interpret complex financial data with a high degree of accuracy. Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and equity valuation methodologies. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team within a dynamic, future‑focused industry — helping to attract and retain the leaders who will power tomorrow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
