Technology and Innovation - Associate Director (NetSuite) Riveron is looking for an associate director to join our Technology and Innovation practice. This client‑facing role will interact with key leadership (CFO, controller, etc.) and will contribute to business development and sales, practice development, and project execution. Base pay: $120,000.00/yr – $210,000.00/yr. As an associate director, you will lead the delivery of client engagements, serving as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the client, guiding a team of consultants through the project lifecycle, and ensuring that high‑quality projects are consistently executed on time and on budget. While developing your project and people management skills, you will further augment your advisory toolkit by digging deep into client problems in real‑time and delivering ongoing thought partnership. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience with ERP solutions on NetSuite Leading or supporting full‑cycle NetSuite implementations Experience gathering business requirements and effectively implementing ERP/CRM/PSA solutions Mastery of Microsoft Office products Consulting experience in other business applications (QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus SaaS or cloud experience is a plus Certified NetSuite ERP consultant is a plus Ability to develop, grow, and sustain client relationships Entrepreneurial spirit and solution‑oriented mindset Ability to work in ever‑changing, dynamic environments Strong written and verbal communication skills to make recommendations to a variety of audiences Desire to participate in Riveron culture and internal initiatives (community service, training, intramurals, etc.) Passionate about best practices and challenge customization by using standard native functionality through configuration What You’ll Do Execute Projects Collaborate with implementation team members to develop effective and scalable NetSuite solutions, leveraging best practices Work directly with team to develop business requirements and translate them into specific NetSuite functionality Lead client workshops to define implementation strategy Lead and/or support implementation team(s) in solution design and implementation Work with client IT teams to ensure solution design is well understood and present it to internal and external teams Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including functional specifications, design specs, configurations, QA, implementations, and project reviews Define integration requirements and collaborate with integration team to interface other applications with NetSuite Oversee and lead engagement teams through all phases of a NetSuite ERP implementation or optimization project, including business process design, configuration, UAT, training, cutover, and go‑live stabilization Support Business Development and Sales Identify expansion opportunities on client engagements to cross‑sell Riveron services Participate in pre‑sales meetings with current and prospective clients to assess project level‑of‑effort and determine fit Identify NetSuite modules and determine timeline, resource plan, level‑of‑effort, and fee estimates for implementation NetSuite Practice Development Work with practice leadership to develop and deliver NetSuite‑specific training, business development training, collateral, and engagement materials/templates About Riveron At Riveron, we partner with clients—from global multinationals to high‑growth private entities—to solve complex finance challenges, guided by the DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
