The Strategic Enablement Partner is a senior-level professional responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing key initiatives that support enterprise analytics objectives. This role provides data and analytics expertise to drive decision-making and process improvements, while ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned. The position requires minimal supervision and serves as a resource to others across the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Accountabilities Plan and execute initiatives aligned with business priorities Provide healthcare analytics and data expertise to support process development Collaborate closely with Enterprise Analytics leadership to create stable and improved processes Partner with the business to ensure full understanding of the impact of changes and secure stakeholder buy‑in and readiness Influence teams by recommending new projects or work procedures Apply professional principles to contribute to team objectives Modify job practices and processes to improve outcomes Maintain a consistent work schedule The successful candidate will demonstrate full proficiency in their professional field and contribute meaningfully to team objectives. They will be capable of making moderate decisions within their scope, recommending improvements, and influencing outcomes. This individual will be a collaborative team member who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering measurable results. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field 5 years of work experience beyond the degree Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree (MA or MS) 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry Experience in healthcare analytics General knowledge of business analyst tools (e.g., process documentation, requirements gathering, implementation planning) Business Analyst Professional Certification (preferred) Project Management Professional Certification (preferred) Lean/Six Sigma Belt Certification (preferred) Skills and Abilities Proven experience in project management or business analysis Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of managing complex issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including technical and analytics teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Adaptability to changing client needs and project requirements Strong relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities Deep understanding of business needs and customer trust Creative problem‑solving with attention to detail and strategic perspective This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, Madison, WI, Omaha, NE, or St. Louis, MO. The full salary grade for this position is $87,100 - $149,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $87,100 - $130,620. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to compensation, Medica offers a generous total rewards package that includes competitive medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401K contributions, caregiver services and many other benefits to support our employees.
