Job DescriptionNorthwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Grayslake, IL, located in the northern suburbs of Chicago. As an Internal Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide specialized care for adult patients and manage a wide range of chronic diseases and complex conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains work-life balance. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment. Highlights: Join a team of 2 established and well-respected primary care physicians Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm with flexible schedule Call responsibilities: one week, once or twice a year Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support Access to NM Specialty Network and advanced technology Hospital privileges at NM Lake Forest Hospital EPIC electronic health system Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital is a community hospital located in Lake Forest, Illinois - Rated a 5-star hospital, the highest possible rating by CMS, and named the Consumer Choice hospital in Lake and Kenosha counties for 10 years in a row by National Research Corporation.
