Description
The responsibilities of the Bartender include but are not limited to providing the utmost customer service and care as you prepare drinks and food orders. You will be required to be attentive to your guests at all times and anticipate their needs so as to create and maintain a high service level and exceptional experience with each and every guest. Additional responsibilities and duties:
  • Learn, practice, and maintain all Stage Karaoke Customer Service Standards.
  • Learn and have a complete understanding on how to navigate through our Karaoke machines.
  • Learn and understand procedures for efficiently maintaining room reservations.
  • Learn and have a complete knowledge on our Food and Beverage menu along with what we have to offer for our private rooms.
  • Record drink/food orders accurately and submitting the order into the POS system correctly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in bartending
  • Strong customer service skills necessary
  • Must have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
