OverviewSEC Financial Reporting Director up to $200K + 50% bonusLocation: Northwest Suburbs of Chicago (Hybrid, 4 days onsite per week)Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 base salary, plus up to 50% annual bonus based on performanceAbout the OpportunityA confidential, high-growth organization is seeking a Financial Reporting Director to lead external reporting, technical accounting, and consolidations. This is a newly created, highly visible role for a senior finance professional who enjoys both hands-on leadership and process improvement.
