Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs, and carry out physician orders.
Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, utilizing computerized documentation systems.
Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure with the KY Board of Nursing.
Current BLS.
ACLS within 6 months of hire.
2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
