Responsibilities ProcurementofMaintenanceContracts:CollaboratewithProcurement,andDCOteamstoidentifymaintenanceneedsanddevelopspecificationsfornewcontracts. VendorSelection:Conductmarketresearchtoidentifypotentialvendors,evaluatetheircapabilities,andselectthemostsuitableones. ContractNegotiation:Negotiatetermsandconditionsofmaintenancecontractstoensurecost-effectivenessandalignmentwithcompanystandards. ContractManagement:Draft,review,andapprovalofnewmaintenancecontracts,ensuringcompliancewithlegalandregulatoryrequirements. VendorManagement:Establishandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithvendorstofacilitateeffectivecommunicationandcollaboration. PerformanceMonitoring:ContinuouslymonitorvendorperformanceagainstcontracttermsandKPIs,ensuringtimelyandqualityservicedelivery. Performancemanagement:DefineclearandmeasurableKPIsforvendorperformance,focusingonkeyareassuchasservicequality,responsetimes,andcompliance. IssueResolution:Addressandresolveanyissuesordisputeswithvendorspromptlytominimizeimpactondatacentreoperations. Reviews:Chairmonthlyperformancereviewmeetingswithvendorstodiscussperformancemetrics,identifyareasforimprovement,andimplementcorrectiveactions. Reporting:Generateandpresentregularreportsonvendorperformancetoseniormanagement,providinginsightsandrecommendationsforimprovement. ContinuousImprovement:Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprocurementandvendormanagementprocesses,implementingbestpracticestoenhanceefficiencyandeffectiveness. MarketTrends:StayinformedaboutindustrytrendsanddevelopmentsintheSoutheastAsiaregiontoensurethecompanyremainscompetitiveandinnovativeinitsvendormanagementpractices. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,SupplyChainManagement,orarelatedfield.Advanceddegreepreferred. Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinvendormanagementandcontractnegotiationwithinthedatacentreorrelatedindustry. Understandingofdatacentreoperations,maintenancerequirements,andindustrystandards. Strongnegotiationskillswithaproventrackrecordofsecuringfavourablecontractterms. Abilitytoanalyseperformancedata,identifytrends,andmakedata-drivendecisions. Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsforeffectiveinteractionwithvendorsandinternalstakeholders. Strongorganizationalandprojectmanagementskillstohandlemultiplecontractsandvendorssimultaneously. Abilitytoquicklyresolveissuesanddisputeswithvendorsinaprofessionalandeffectivemanner. WillingnesstotravelwithintheSoutheastAsiaregionasneededtomanagevendorrelationshipsandcontractnegotiations. Desired Attributes Relevantcertificationsinprocurement,supplychainmanagement,orcontractmanagement(e.g.,CPM,CSCP,orsimilar). FamiliaritywiththebusinessenvironmentandregulatorylandscapeinSoutheastAsia.
