This role blends leadership with hands-on workand is key to delivering the top-tier results our clients expect.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and on-site teams to maintain quality and efficiency.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Perform general construction tasks, including carpentry, insulation, drywall hanging, finishing, painting, trim, and demolition, as needed.Solve problems proactively, addressing on-site challenges to keep projects on track.Maintain meticulous project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to communicate progress and resolve issues.Utilize tools and software, including Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD, to streamline processes.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Proven expertise in managing high-end luxury home builds or historic renovations.Strong knowledge of construction practices, tools, and safety standards.Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Clear and effective communication, fostering a team-oriented environment.High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.Valid driver's license and ability to work legally in the U.S.Why Join Us?RAPP can cover your relocation expensesFull Time PositionCompetitive Salary at$60,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience.Comprehensive health and dental insurance plans401(k) with up to 3% company matchPaid time off and professional development opportunitiesAccess to a company vehicle and credit card for job-related expensesTools and resources, including a laptop with industry-leading softwareApply TodayWe get things doneand have a good time doing it.
